Warranty – All BRE manufactured products are covered by a free replacement 5 year warranty. This applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase required.
SKB cases are covered under SKB’s warranty. Please see their website https://www.skbcases.com/warranty
Returns – if you would like to return a product for any reason there is a 30 day return window. Returns must be approved via email (backroadequiment@frontier.com) or phone (715-781-4397) confirmation. Product must be in new and unused condition. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of BRE receiving the product. Shipping charges are not refundable.
