This 16mm (5/8″) tube clamp kit makes it simple to attach one of our Universal plates to an existing tube rack on your bike.

• Like all BRE products this kit contains only the highest quality components.
•  Also available in 19mm.
• Includes 4 nylon clamps and all hardware needed to attach a Universal plate to a tube rack.
